She'd ask questions, talk over my answer. But had a lot of noise in the background that I don't usually hear when I call support. & I can click cancel or scan, I click scan, then I called the # because it didn't scan. (When I read it to the fake support, I realized it wasn't written properly). Access has been blocked for security reasons & "for the safety". Blue window said Ms Windows Defender warning alert system popped up. I did all this before I realized what was going on.
Said click allow if you're not a robot but only had a chkbox that said I'm not a robot.
